I highly recommend booking this location. Ill give the Pros and Cons. Although the cons are more like "warnings" for any potential dweller.
Right next to old town. Some places misrepresent where they are located with a long hike to a certain location. This place is literally around the corner from Prague old town square. It has a tiny grocery store across the street, a taxi stand just down the street towards the square and the rail station down the street the other way. My wife, child, and I never needed the train and walked to all places in old town and across the river.
Actual separate bedroom. It has one bedroom with queen/king sized bed with a door. It has two couches that convert to full sized bed. Not all places have rooms that actually close itself off from the rest of the apartment.
Full kitchen and appliances. We ate breakfast here every morning. You can do all your cooking. The fridge is actually quite big for a European type fridge. Dont expect USA sized fridge!
Washer/Dryer - washer dryer combo that came in handy. Dryer needed to run a couple times to fully dry but its worth it. Or there is clothes hanger/dyer to use as well.
Size - this was probably a 700 square foot apartment with large bedroom, good sized family room, and separate bathroom and kitchen.
Owners/staff - they did a great job staying in contact with me before the trip and right before as well as meeting at the apt to get the keys, etc. We were given great directions and info about Prague - what to see/do.
Elevator - the apartment is on the 4th floor. We walked most of the time up and down. There is a small old elevator that we barely used. I would recommend using the stairs.
A/C - there is no ac. We opened the windows and it got down to 50's so was never an issue. For Americans that want their AC then you might want to book somewhere else.
Bed- this is an European bed. Its much harder than what you expect in the US. But, it was quite big- queen or possibly king sized.
This is definitely a European apartment and staying here makes you feel more like a local. If you are expecting a americanized trip and stay, I would recommend a hotel chain elsewhere. But, if you have traveled before , understand and accept traveling abroad, then i would highly recommend staying here. You wont regret it!
