Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of September,
the hotel is very well situated for old town Prague and Prague in general, first impressions were good and room was very nice and well appointed albeit a little small, WiFi was very good and staff very friendly.
used the Gym and pool a couple of times both very well maintained but again quite small
Breakfast time was very good with a wide selection and waiting staff extremely efficient.
nothing was too much trouble and i would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise.
The rooms are nicely furnished in modern decor and the hotel is very conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The staff was pleasant but don’t expect turn down service. There is a spa in this hotel and a nice work out area.
Great stay.

Hilton Prague Old Town is well located for walking the old city. The concierge services were very helpful in finding very good restaurants from among the plethora of choices. Rooms were the high standards expected of the Hilton brand. If you have the budget to get an “Executive” level room with access to the Executive Lounge, it is well worth the additional cost as the staff there is outstanding and the provided breakfast and cocktail hour top notch.

The Old Town Hilton Prague is total perfection. Its location is walk-able to most sights, plus, many trams are just across the street. We took the #15 to many places, saving our legs for much walking at each sight. Which, by the way, bring good walking shoes as most streets and sidewalks are cobblestone.

All the staff are amazingly helpful! Housekeeping throughout is perfect. Decor is very inviting and interesting. From checking in with Michaela, refreshing and receiving information in the Executive Lounge ( Zdenek, Ashram, Enrique, and Adriana) and dining in Zinc Restaurant ((Hassan who made me breakfast macchiato's with chocolate) and (Mattej who served dinner)). See the Concierge for a great city map. Guest rooms are freshly remodeled and the beds are very very comfortable. Our guest room was nice, spacious and a very comfortable bed.

We purchased the Prague Card, which included most attractions, trams/funicular and discounts to other attractions. We used the #15 Tram and Funicular to Petrin Hill, the Petrin Tower, Mirror Maze, Astronomy, Gardens and Lennon Hunger Wall. We hopped back on the #15 to access and walk across the Charles Bridge. On the Old Town side, we took the Prague Venice Boat Tour and its Museum. Another day, we walked through the Old Town Square,Clock Tower and its Municipal buildings and then onto the Jewish Museum, Cemetery and Synagogues. The Jerusalem Synagogue is near the hotel. The Prague Card included a 3 hour Martin city bus tour which took us past the Dancing Buildings and Wenceslas Square and a 30 minute stop at the Castle. We returned at night, using the #15 Tram to the #22 Tram to visit the Castle and its beautiful night-time views. The next day on the #15 and #22 we toured the Castle complex and watched its noon-time changing of the Palace Guards. Castle Tour B is included in the Prague Card and for another 100CZK pp, we took the Castle's English speaking tour. We went to the Schwarzenberg Palace and the Sternberg Palace with the Prague Card. Another night, we took the #15 to walk the Charles Bridge at night and also enjoy the Ice Pub (you pay the cover fee - that includes 1 drink- and the Prague Card gets you a second Vodka drink).

While not part of Prague Card, we walked to the Hotel Jalta for its Cold War Museum and Nuclear Bunker Tour. Also, we went into the Museum of Communism, less than 2 blocks from the Hilton.

Almost forgot to mention the hotel's nice indoor pool and sauna - very refreshing after enjoying the beautiful city Prague.

As you may gather, we loved the Hilton Prague Old Town and this amazing city of Prague.

The hotel is in a nice section of Prague with easy access when driving to the city. The rooms are very spacious and spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially with making suggestions with things to do while in Prague.
