My wife and I stayed at the Noir for my 60th Birthday trip to Prague. The hotel is in a good location a few minutes walk from Metro, Tram and Bus stops. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. The shop next to the Noir sells tickets for the public transport.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is typical continental and is good, if a little cramped when a lot of people arrive at once. There is no restaurant for other meals.
The rooms are well equipped and generally clean. My only gripe was the pillows could be better, and the towels have certainly seen better days and need replacing. Our first ones had obvious holes in.
Finally, the hotel is on a busy road and although the rooms have substantial windows, it can be noisy at night, especially if you are in a room overlooking the road.
There are hotels in better locations in Prague, but the location is probably reflected in the price. More
