The apartment was very large, but poorly planned. When speaking, there was a loud echo in every room and gave you weird sensations. It lacks something on the walls, you surely need a designer to add some attractiveness to it.
There's no TV in it, but it's not a big deal. You're in a beautiful city and there's no time for TV anyway.
Note to self: be sure to call the hotel weeks before departure and tell the exact time of arrival. There's no reception and you can remain in the streets if they will not know your arrival time.
The number displayed at the main door didn't answer for half an hour and we panicked. Eventually found a pub with wifi and emailed them, getting the manager to answer the phone after some more attempts. We got the keys and everything was ok.
We discussed the check-out hour and texted one day before the departure to be sure it will be on time, but the manager didn't show up at the agreed time and we needed to go badly. We had a train to catch and every minute could mean we lost the prepaid tickets.
The position of the hotel is great, you can walk to the center of the city or take a tram or metro. Walking is pleasant, given the fact that the area in between is very nice.
The surroundings are clean and safe, there's nothing to fear in the night. You can admire the night Prague, walking while the people is concentrated in bars and pubs and the beautiful streets are free of cars and dimly illuminated.
