This hotel is kind on the budget. For €20 I got a double room (for 1person) with private bathroom and breakfast included. At this price I didn't expect luxury and I didn't get it. But everything was clean and the hot water was reliable. The people are friendly and one man speaks good English. The breakfast was basic and the coffee terrible. Noise carries here, so if there are a lot of people staying here it could be a problem. The location is central, half way (10 minute walk) between the train/bus stations and the old town square.

Room tip: Ask about a free upgrade to a bigger room. I did and they obliged.

Room was clean, good space, private shower and bathroom. Hotel is between downtown and bus and train station, good localization for those interested in travel by such means of transportation to the cities around.
Wi-fi couldn't work inside room, but it's free and worked fine in the reception. TV set was small and old, but it was not a big deal if you're interested in a place to stay over the night and have a good breakfast by the moorning.
Receptionists were nice and helped whenever possible.
When I arrived in the room there was a strange smell which dissipated quickly (it happened in on another hotel I was) and the lift had no inside door for safety, that was the only two cons against the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 days in September, 2011. This hotel is undergoing a major refit. It isn't done, but the work is not intrusive, and some floors are very nice. The furniture is Ikea style, and it will never be a 4 star hotel. Still, you can get a clean, newly painted and tiled room with breakfast for 990Kxc. 10 minute walk to the center, 15 to the bus/train station. It is also isolated from traffic.

Pros: Nice, basic room + breakfast. Quiet. Cheap. Near everything. Fair wifi.
Cons: Antiquated elevator, shabby stairwell. (work in progress)
