This is a tour that I would recommend that everyone takes who likes to hike and see the countryside (they even have a tour that goes hiking for 8 hours), but we chose the easy one. Our tour guide, Vojta was very knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed our day with him. We drove out of Prague for about 2 hours, and saw some beautiful countryside. We went on a 2-hour hike, went on a short 15 minute boat ride and then had an authentic Czech meal that Vojta recommended. The food was delicious! We were so happy that we went out and saw the country. I would definitely want to go out and explore in this area again as it gorgeous.

Stunning view over the czech forrest.
It is not an easy walk so be prepared to suffer: from the car parking to the top you have to walk about 4,5 kilometers steep path.
On the to there's a nice restaurant where to rest and eat White enjoying the view.
Minus: back to the valley i found very strange the many stores held by chinese people selling very lov quality merchandise. Why?

Unfortunately just saw a glimpse of this but all worth it. Did a day trip from Prague and I would suggest get the earliest train ( 6 am Ish) from Praha so you could make it on time to Decin and get access to the bus that has a restricted though regular schedule. The access / hike to Pravcicka Brana is close until the 28th Feb so I just missed it. It would have been only 2 km hike vs 6 km from Mezni Louka.

I would also suggest a car hire so there's no rush to take the bus back to decin.

On the way to decin, sat at restaurant carriage and the views are better, drank and ate the bare minimum and did not even go to our allocated carriage So There's no need to buy first class seats.

The previous post is write, if you don't Speak German or Czech, your own your own. So if taking public transport, be sure to plan the connecting transport or be ready to be imaginative with your preferred language.

Taxi from Decin to Mezni Louka is around 1000 Czech so really plan ahead.

Bohemian Switzerland offers breathtaking views and well-maintained hiking trails on both sides. There is a stunning gorge that can be seen by boat. We stopped on the way back from Dresden to Prague and really enjoyed our time spent in the park.

I visited this area last autumn. We walked through the wilderness for a while. Then we took a boat trip which runs in between hilly places. After that, we started to go up. After almost 1 hour we reached the top. Surprisingly, although it was a cloudy day, as we reached the top of the hill it became sunny. I recommend this place highly.
