We stayed at Qunci for 7 days during October 2024. My husband and four year old had the most amazing experience. From the tranquil landscaped gardens to the beautiful selection of pools, the delicious restaurants and the spa whoah! But by far, the friendly and accommodating staff make the experience. The massage is next level (ask for Puji!). We are already making plans to come back with the rest of our familye

Absolutely stunning experience! Il definitely return soon. The psa was so amazing and relaxing, the most stunning beach ever. The rooms are great, I had an amazing sea view room, it was absolute paradise. The beach is just below and the views simply breathtaking! The gardens well manicured!

This place is fabulous. We had a family holiday at Qunci Villas in September and October, after travelling around Lombok for a week, and we stayed in the villas with a private pool; it was outstanding. The food is superb, the rooms are wonderful and the staff are so professional, attentive and kind. In the restaurant, Rian, Zeedan, Ami, Lucky, Heri and the wonderful Ata really looked after us so well. Hamza in housekeeping was brilliant and our room was spotless every day. Nova, one of the management team, was so lovely and really looked after us. Toni and Lestari on the front desk were fabulous too, as were the pool team, who were so friendly and attentive. Customer service is at the heart of everything the team does, and we loved it. We've already decided that we'll be back again next year!

Wow! Ami and Chici were amazing! We had the jetlag recovery treatment followed by pedicures. Both were absolutely wonderful and the service was impeccable. Refreshing drinks and amazing facilities - MUST visit this spa if you get the chance!
