Absolutely stunning experience! Il definitely return soon. The psa was so amazing and relaxing, the most stunning beach ever. The rooms are great, I had an amazing sea view room, it was absolute paradise. The beach is just below and the views simply breathtaking! The gardens well manicured!

This place is fabulous. We had a family holiday at Qunci Villas in September and October, after travelling around Lombok for a week, and we stayed in the villas with a private pool; it was outstanding. The food is superb, the rooms are wonderful and the staff are so professional, attentive and kind. In the restaurant, Rian, Zeedan, Ami, Lucky, Heri and the wonderful Ata really looked after us so well. Hamza in housekeeping was brilliant and our room was spotless every day. Nova, one of the management team, was so lovely and really looked after us. Toni and Lestari on the front desk were fabulous too, as were the pool team, who were so friendly and attentive. Customer service is at the heart of everything the team does, and we loved it. We've already decided that we'll be back again next year!

We arrived at Qunci Villas after spending 6 nights in Sanur in Bali. We were ready for some relaxation and I can honestly say that from the moment we arrived on Lombok we knew we were going to enjoy ourselves.
Upon arrival we were greeted by very polite and friendly staff, from the security men who opened our car door and welcomed us in, to the reception staff who checked us in and the staff who dealt with our luggage. The check in process was easy and there is a vibe of complete calm in this hotel. I knew instantly that we were going to be looked after very well.
The hotel itself is very beautiful and the grounds of the hotel are spotless. Our room was perfect for us and the shower was a really nice feature, with it being an outdoor shower.
The pool areas are perfect, there are plenty of sun beds but it doesn't feel overcrowded. The sunbeds are all prepped with fresh towels rolled up so as a guest you do not need to go and ask for towels or carry them from your room, they are ready and waiting for you.
The pools themselves are clean and also very aesthetic as they are infinity pools with a view out to sea.
The way the hotel and pool area are positioned, you have the most perfect view of the sunset.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast is served at your table after you make your selection from the menu. This was a much nicer experience than the buffet style a lot of hotels adopt. It made for a nice quiet and calm breakfast while overlooking the sea.
The restaurants we tried were the pizza restaurant called Nooq and the Asian restaurant called Quali. We didn't get a chance to try the seafood restaurant.
Both of the restaurants we tried were incredible.
To book a place at the restaurant there is a handy App that you can download when you arrive at the hotel and you can book tables on there. We always booked on the App but most of the time we would go to the restaurant much earlier than we booked for and it was never an issue.
The spa was also a wonderful experience. I booked a 1.5 hour Balinese massage and it was money well spent. The lady who did the massage was really good and made me feel comfortable.
The hotel offer excursions which showcase the best of Lombok and it's super easy to book them through the reception desk.
What does deserve a special mention are every single member of staff at Qunci Villas. It doesn't matter whether it was maintenance staff, gardening staff, restaurant, pool, reception, spa staff, every single staff member would say hello or good morning/afternoon and ask how you are, and it was completely genuine.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
