Stayed here for a week. Had a great experience. Got a cottage right up top and had a good view of the entire property. Every meal was worth looking forward to, especially after the adventure activities for the day. Rafting was the highlight and was conducted in a safe manner. The kayaking spot is peaceful and can be enjoyed along with the tea they provide. The high rope course was quite challenging.

HP was a very friendly host. Sunita and team were helpful with the activities and things to do around Rishikesh.

Would definitely recommend Atali Ganga for a well-balanced active and relaxing trip!

Went for a company offsite (25 people) but would go back with the family ANY TIME. Great experience, great staff, great food. Incredible location. Great adventure sports activities right on the premises.

This place is amazing when you stay with Atali Ganga you can really notice the experience of over 20 years in the business, the staff is well trained the place is clean and organized the activities are on time very professional and safe, the facilities clean and beautiful and the food is varied and perfectly served they take their COVID-19 protocols very seriously as well. I will definitely stay again with them, relaxing, active, connecting with nature away from the craziness/business of downtown Rishikesh.

We stayed at the Atali for 3 nights in the month of October. It came highly recommended to us by many of our friends..so we had great expectations. There are some plus points and some negative . A beautiful rustic property in the midst of the mountains overlooking the Ganges . We were informed prior that there is a lot of climbing as it is a hilly property. Activities like Rafting , kayaking and a few treks were included in the package. Rafting was the highlight of the trip . Very professionally done and a super experience for us all . Kayaking by the beach was peaceful, serene and followed by some tea given by the hotel. Treks were nothing out of the ordinary but fun all the same .
The Hotel staff is warm , courteous and friendly. Mr HP talks to each of his guests to make sure that they are being looked after .

Rooms are small and beautifully done .. with large windows and a great view .. . Post sunset the entire property becomes a bit dim and dark so some brighter lights could be a added especially since one has to climb up and down often . You need your mobile torch to walk about the hilly steps . Toiletries provided are the bare minimum. . Drinking water given in the rooms is RO water .

Meals included in the package is a buffet which served at their Cafe. Food was very average and they could have included some more continental dishes rather than Indian most of the time . The Tandoor served every evening outdoors was excellent .
The rates are almost as high as a 5 star property however I felt that the amenities don't match up to the same level .

Room tip: Take a room closer to the Cafe

We, family of 5, have just returned to "earth" after spending a whole week at Atali Ganga over this Diwali.
The property is simply awesome with lovely view of the very nearby mountains and the mighty Ganga flowing in the valley just below.
The rooms are really good - well maintained, immaculately clean and very comfortable. And with a magical view.
The buffet meals - we had 25 of them, are very tasty, varied - Indian, Asian, Continental and local delicacies, special attention paid to even the soups and salads - Chef Purshottam and his team did a wonderful job, even packed us some yummy alu parathas for our journey back.
Lots of outdoor activities - rafting, high ropes, kayaking, hiking, swimming etc - all supervised by the highly trained guides from Aquaterra the parent company that has been a pioneer in adventure sports in India for over 2 decades. Strong safety measures in place to avoid even the smallest mishap.
Extremely strong Covid protocol in place especially in the cafe area - so we all felt really safe all the time.
The staff are really well trained, friendly and eager to serve - special shout out to the ever helpful HP, Mahendra, guides Dhruv Rana, Sanjay, Sunita and Prem, Chef P and his team especially Yashpal and Mohan and the housekeeping and maintenance crew.
A TRULY MEMORABLE HOLIDAY, RIGHT FROM THE MOMENT WE WERE PICKED UP AT DEHRADUN AIRPORT AND DROPPED BACK A WEEK LATER.
Already looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful resort.
Lastly, special thanks to Vaibhav Kala, the pioneer and driving force behind ATALI GANGA and AQUATERRA.

Room tip: Rooms are at different levels on the mountain, so if you do not want to climb much then request for rooms close to the Cafe and Lobby.
