I was visiting Rincon as part of my annual trip to Puerto Rico. I stopped in the "downtown" plaza and noticed Cafe 413. This is a newer business in the plaza and is more "upscale" in a sense. The atmosphere is modern, but warm with a casual vibe. They have a variety of items such as pizzas and lettuce wraps. I decided to try the lettuce wraps with seared tuna. My order came out in about ten minutes. It included two wraps made out of what might be romaine, each of which had several chunks of seared tuna with a mild sauce. They were fantastic. The service was friendly. The prices were a little bit high, maybe $12.00, but the food was fantastic.
