The hotel is very relaxing, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed being there.
The staff are vey polite , smiling and the service is really good :)

It's supposed to be a 5 stars hotel .... but it's shouldn't be a 5 stars. It's a tiny clean hotel in a unclean neighborhood. The staff is overall friendly, breakfast is average not like I read everywhere. The suites are big and comfortable which is a plus. Plus it's far away from the center and tourist area. Beds are comfi pillows are very hard just like I read before. I wouldn't recommend it to a family or friend at the price I paid.

Very nice hotel, professional and nice staff, accommodating and polite.
Very good location, every thing is walking distance.
Rooms are nice.
Needs to look into cleanliness details, stains on the table, on the toilet door though it is still a new hotel.

The rest of my party was staying at a different hotel in Tunis, and I decided to book at the Hotel Samarons to try something new. What a great surprise. The rooms and hotel are modern and clean. The staff is wonderful and really tries. The wifi in the hotel was free and had a strong signal no matter where I was in the hotel. The only complaint is the neighborhood streets are covered in trash, but this is hardly the hotel's fault.

I will def. stay at Hotel Samarons for my next trip to Tunis.

This excellent, quite new and very reasonably priced hotel is very well designed and comfortable. The service throughout the hotel -- the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping and beyond -- is terrific. The staff are welcoming, helpful, efficient and gracious. The buffet breakfast is ample, delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel (medium-sized) is located in a bustling neighborhood that has restaurants, patisseries, coffee shops, and small grocery stores, among other amenities. The free WIFI worked perfectly. The Ennasr II neighborhood is located rather centrally, approximately 25 minutes by car from the Medina, 15 minutes from the University of Tunis El Manar, and 45 minutes from Sidi bou Said. I will definitely return. In the future, perhaps they will have a small gym!
