Others have mentioned the lovely room and views so I will focus on what I consider to be one of the most outstanding meals I can remember. We ordered from the very reasonable prix fixe menu and were treated with numerous delicious, interesting dishes. The entire meal was an adventure because of the focus on unusual regional offerings and high standard to which they were prepared.
The cold brandade with caviar, rabbit rillette, and roasted pork belly were especially good. We enjoyed local wine which was both delicious and inexpensive. The staff was formal but extremely attentive and professional. The restaurant, like Cuenca, deserves more visitors.
