We was here for 2 nights and was very clean but need lot of updates. first need bedsides the bedroom to small. I have sleep apnea and I need to switch a CPAP (sleep machine beside the bed) I needed to put a chair for put my machine there and was not secure this machine cost lot of money and upset me to need to put it in a chair. then the bathroom we have a shower and became flooding. the drain in the shower was terrible. fan in the toilet was broken and all the mist was around the bathroom we needed to open the door for ventilation.

Room tip: not suitable for people with disabilities can sleep in the bathroom because flood and very narrow beside the bed and no bedside.

On our travels around Tasmania we arrived in Bicheno with no accommodation booking made but found this motel located just off the main Tasman Hwy on the northern edge of the town. We are so glad we found it because it was absolutely perfect in all facets.
Our room had a nice comfortable queen bed and the ensuite was exceptionally large and modern. The shower recess is very large with good water pressure. The room was furnished well with a TV, fridge, storage space and there was a laundry out the back also. Essential when touring. Being just off the main highway it was very quiet and we had the best nights sleep to date on our travels.
It may have been that this motel was recently renovated it was so good but, just the same, it presented beautifully and is worth every cent that you pay not that it was expensive at all. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely owners, supplied a jug of fresh milk for the fridge. Located fairly close to main shops. The units are dated though and in need of a fresh upgrade (especially couch). The bedrooms didn't seem to have any powerpoints.

We stayed at the Wintersun Gardens as a family of 4, we stayed for one night, and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, we booked a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious and comfortable for all of us, the price was more than reasonable.
Close to facilities and the beach, I would highly recommend the Wintersun Gardens for your next stay in Bicheno!

We stayed just one night on our Tasmanian holiday. Check in was easy and I loved getting fresh milk. The room was basic but clean and we both could have a lovely hot shower at the end of the day. You do need to leave you key in the slot to use the electricity so can't warm the room but in saying that it didn't take long to heat. Overall I found it affordable and clean.
