We purchased this through Luxury escapes for a 2 night getaway and after recently staying in other hotels we were looking forward to be in a resort. Our first room had a view of a shipping container and had been given an overdose of fragrant carpet cleaner, so we were moved to a better room with a great view of the Blue Mountains. This room had not been serviced though and was not clean at all. It took several calls to reception...because they don't answer the phones during busy periods and when we did get through, there was nothing done, until I finally got through to the maintenance manager by accident. We could only use the pool area for 1 hour per day and you could only book this on the day...this was extremely disappointing seeing as though we were there on a hot weekend and tis is a resort. They were over the top with Covid rules, shutting the pool down every hour for 30 mins for a 'Deep Clean' The restaurant was dirty and disorganised, the cafe had times of opening, but didn't open, the convenience store was closed. I was told they were very short staffed and it showed in spades.
