Love this place

Coffee is great and food terrific.

My favourite is the BLAT. It is always very good!

Love the new renovation. It has really opened up the cafe.

One of the best things about Lily’s Pad is that it’s not on the Main Street with the rest of the tourists.

The Place is small and cute. The personel were kind and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were huge.

We were here in the late afternoon on a chilly day. We followed our GPS and arrived at the place. The cafe was a little bit hidden in some beauty salon.

We were quite surprised by the beet root burger as it tasted very good. We liked the pulled pork burger too. However, the scones were a little bit dry. Other than that, everything was good and the staff was also very friendly.

Our family travels to Leura and the Blue Mountains a few times a year and we always make a point of stopping in at Lily's Pad. It is always very busy when we go on the weekends but they always manage to fit us in, maybe after a short wait, but we don't manage to book a table (sorry, guys!) so that is to be expected. Leura is a tourist destination, so you'll be dining with folks from all corners of the globe as well as the locals, it's great! The staff are also quite multicultural, which is a great idea for such a place. There is a lovely Asian barista and a tall, dark and handsome (I think someone told us he was Mauritian or something like that?) barista as well, both of whom make absolutely delicious coffee. The waitresses are also lovely and very efficient and accommodating, despite being run off their feet most times we've been there.
Of course the food is beautiful. We're trying to work our way through everything on the menu, but they change their soups, salads and pies every time we go, and most times have incredible sounding specials as well, so I don't think we'll ever get to try everything! We've never been any less than delighted at what we ate. Wow, rambling now, so I'll just say the food, service and general friendliness of this place is as good as we have received anywhere. Totally recommended.

Met up with an old school friend for lunch and a bottle of wine and it was a very good experience. Food was great and the chai coffee was as good as I have ever tasted. Staff were friendly and efficient, though a bit rushed at peak times, but overall a place I would be happy to make a return visit to. It is byo but the bottle shop is adjacent, so no problem there. I would avoid the weekends as it gets crowded.
