Sorely disappointed, great location let down by inadequately maintained facilities and inept staff. We decided to start our two day stay with a quick round of mini golf, the course is not maintained with cracked concrete, the artificial turf lifting in a number of places, and when we played mid afternoon it was still covered with leaves and twigs from the nights winds. Having brought our clubs to enjoy the nine hole course we didn't bother, the greens were not maintained, covered in leaves and twigs - I expect to be able to have a course which is playable. We had the pleasure of staying next to a group a group that decided to drink and party until 2:30am, the complex has a strict no BYO policy - however this is not enforced. No security on site, no phone number to call after the reception closes at 7pm. The food served at the restaurant was decidedly average and typically overpriced, in the spa unit we stayed in there are no cooking facilities, so we were stuck with the resort restaurant - with no other restaurants in reasonable driving distance.
This venue provided the single worst accommodation experience I have ever had.
