A great find, loved the modern room (and we generally prefer heritage) the heated floor was really appreciated in a very cold few days in September, magnificent view thru double glazed panoramic windows. A short walk back into town for some great eateries made the location even better. Tim is an excellent host and this Hotel is highly recommended.

We love sharing our very different country and adventures with Australians when they come to visit. It was great to hear your stories and experiences which are very different to ours. We hope to see you again one day.

What a great place to spend a weekend away from home. Thanks Tim, perfect host, the rooms are modern, spaceous and spotlessly clean, breakfast hot and tasty. A short walk out of town, means it's peaceful, quiet and the view from the room just delightful. Thanks again.

Terrific Arrowtown location with wilderness and fabulous restaurants at the door. Skied every day
and set off with a great brekky supplied.
Very cool mini apartment wiht superb view and warmth to come home to.

well done! Who would bother with Queenstown with the undisputed sophistication of this to challenge it.

Tim & Paulette, you guys are the dream team! Thank you for the superb 7 night holiday getaway. The room was beyond a doubt the most romantic little nest we have had the pleasure of nestling in. It was perfect for celebrating 20 years of marriage & difficult to leave. We will be back!

Room Tip: Unit B2 was located where we got maximum sun in the wintery Arrowtown mornings with beautiful mountain vistas. All can be soaked up from a devine bath.

Our first trip to NZ and well fell in love with Arrowtown town thanks to our 10 night luxurious stay at The Arrow Private Hotel complete with the most accomodating Hosts a guest could desire, Tim & Paulette. They are a valuable addition to the tourism Industry for NZ.Travelling with 4 young children presents certain challenges in finding suitable accommodation but The Arrow was PERFECT , Immaculately presented one of our favourite things to do was go over to the stone cottage for breakfast every morning the Kids would tell Tim what they would like for Breakfast the evening before and he never failed to deliver we could have chosen Breakfast in our room but we enjoyed this hospitality every morning , on our last night it snowed quite heavy and Tim arrived at our door with a sled to give the kids a ride to breakfast , this speaks volumes of their commitment to customer service , Perfect place to come back to after a day hitting the ski slopes and the town has a charming little local pub for a meal with the locals. We were treated like royalty and look forward to returning to NZ just to stay at The Arrow Again we arrived as Guests but left as Friends THANKYOU

Room Tip: Al rooms are exceptional , but for a large family like us the stand alone double story unit was brilliant Kids downstairs adults upstairs

Wow, hard to believe it has been a year since you were here.

Thanks for putting up the fabulous photos. We have great memories of your visit here with the children also.

Winter can be so much fun and the toboggan has been well used again in the last two weeks after three snow falls in succession.

We hope to see you back again one day.
