I found this cafe really noisy, as it has a wooden floor, and boots make it even worse. It is small and the tables very close together, that you can hear other folks conversations, and not good if there are small children in there. Best time to come is early, or very late in the day, or sit outside if the weather is nice. A wonderful choice of teas and coffee, and nice sweet treats to be had.

We went here for breakfast after an overnight stay in Oamaru. The menu for breakfast was fantastic and varied and different from what you might expect for normal breakfast fare as well as having kombucha on tap. Food was good but the down side was that this was a small space and was no waiting space for customers coming in for takeaway coffee/Food and there was quite a large crowd came in while we were eating who made it difficult for other customers to maneuver around between the seating and the counter. However perhaps that's more of a one off I would give them another shot.

It's a relatively small place. If you are not in a hurry, this is the perfect place in town to have an excellent breakfast.

Had a lovely brunch here today, very busy wee cafe and did have to wait a wee while for our order but well worth the wait. We both had a cooked breakfast and it was delicious. Hot and well cooked. My daughter had the kids menu scramble eggs and was a very good size meal.
Coffee was hot and very nice. Definitely be back!

Went here with a group of family and friends and had a fantastic breakfast.I ordered the mexican breakfast and it was superb the flavours were all fantastic and very filling. If we were staying I would have kept coming back for it.The highlight was the smoked sour cream with it.It was a very busy day for them and they were understaffed but they did a great job and were very accommodating.
