We stayed in the cabins for a school camp. The staff were great & I found them to be very friendly & accommodating. The kids loved the playground & mini golf course. We had hot chips from the little shop, which were gluten free & the vat was used for chips only.
The kitchen was clean & great for us, although you do need to take all your pots, pans & utensils.
The only down side for me was the really noisy trucks that thundered alongside the camp site. Also if I had small children & was staying in the cabins, I'd be a bit concerned with the lack of fencing between the camp & the road.
If I was to stay again, it'd be in our caravan & as far away from the road as possible. I love that dogs are welcome, as I'd definitely be taking mine if it was a family camping trip. More
