We really appreciate you bringing the maintenance issue to our attention so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible, I apologise for the inconvenience this caused you during your stay. Also, I would like to assure you, that we are currently taking steps towards a refurbishment for the apartments to improve the overall experience for our guests.
Mantra Group has very recently released our loyalty program called ‘Mantra+’; this provides all ‘Mantra+’ members with Free Wi-Fi in all Mantra hotels. If you are interested in joining the loyalty program, please contact myself or our reception team to assist with a membership.
