In the 36 years of staying in motels this would be the worst. Small, noisy and a definite waste of money. To top it off, theres a night club that rages over the road until 3am in the morning. The old Tassie truly gone for good.

Dear Carol,
I am sorry to hear of your disappointment during your recent visit to our property. One of the biggest selling points for our Villas, is our quiet location.
I am not sure about your reference to a night club, as there is not one in the area. The closest public venue is the indoor tennis centre.
I hope you do return to Launceston in the near future and continue to enjoy the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.

Regards Management.

These villas are clean and check-in was simple. The villas have all you need for a short term stay-we stayed for 5 days. Handy having a Coles store across the road for all essentials. From here, we were able to walk the city all the way to Cataract Gorge and back-took about 3 hours all up but it is all flat walking. It was easy getting to all our day trips from here and I highly recommend the villas.

Handy to the City centre and City Park . Dated, yet clean and comfortable. Ideal as a base while visiting family in Launceston. Staff were helpful, friendly and most pleasant to deal with.A supermarket is across the road for any grocery or snack items required. Our unit was upstairs, so not suitable for disabled visitors.

My partner & i were here for 2 nights. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by Kellie the receptionist & given Apartment No 8 which was a 1 bedroom apartment. It was very clean, well presented, had a back sliding door wich took you out into a lovely shared small garden courtyard, & had all your essentials for a short stay. Breaky provisions were plentiful. Bed was very comfortable & warm. Car parking was right outside the apartment. Walking distance to supermarket & sightseeing. Only downside was the noisy people in the apartment above ours. Otherwise this was a great place to stay & excellent value for money.

We have received excellent service here, the location is perfect and close to shops and the city centre, the staff are delightful and so helpful...we arrived on a bike in dreadful weather and were offered shelter. Apartments are so clean and well set up...such a refreshing change after our dreadful Hobart experience.
