We stayed here with our toddler for one night and it was very convenient and comfortable. We were able to have a quiet breakfast in the suite and slept comfortably in the night. As it was a week night it was probably quieter than usual. We also enjoyed some items from the minibar and they were very reasonably priced.

This is a well located, comfortable hotel.
Rooms are big, well appointed.
Small kitchenette, lounge, dining areas plus an outside area for your use.
Big queen size bed, comfortable bedding and fluffy white towels that smell great.
I stayed twice during one month in two different rooms.
Upstairs room better than Ground Floor.
Ask for a room away from the back door if noise bothers you. Door to car park slams and because it’s a corporate hotel people come and go at all hours.
Breakfast available on site and limited food delivered to your room from a local restaurant.
Minibar for basic snacks.
Dishwasher so you don’t need to hand wash dishes.
Renovated and spotlessly clean, plumbing very clunky and noisy.
Onsite parking, reception. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I saw this place here on trip advisor and thought it might be too good to be true. The price for what you get is awesome. I brought my daughter over with me on a tight budget.
We walked with our luggage from the train station, and it’s not too far. The city bus is free but we didn’t want to take the time to figure that all out. We had just sat on a plane and then a train so the 15? Min walk felt good. (I’m 55).
The hotel is in a super quiet neighborhood but is still close to everything you could ever want.
A few blocks from the beach, a few blocks to the mall, and places to eat.
The kitchen comes with a stove top double burner but no oven. Decent sized fridge and dishwasher. It only came with 2 forks, 2 plate, 2 bowls etc but we just did dishes every time so it worked. I would suggest to the management to get a mixing bowl or two. Maybe another set of silverware too.
The hot water is really hot but only takes a fraction of an inch of cold to make it too cold. So watch for that.
We were pleasantly surprised to have our own small porch to enjoy the outdoors. Parking is free and just behind the building.
I think for the price of this hotel the comfort and great front desk staff are hard to beat. They helped us so much getting our week arranged.

We stayed for one night at the Belmore All Suite Hotel - very happy ; clean, spacious rooms and attentive service. There is parking out the back and its just a short walk down to the harbour and the beach.

What a great place to stay. The one bedroom suite we had was excellent. Light and airy (plus aircon) and with subtle decor. Lounge with couch, TV & small balcony, equipped kitchen incl dishwasher and a separate bedroom with built in robes and king bed - lovely decor also. A ceiling sweep fan in bedroom would have been great.

Located in a quiet street, close to shops, beach, restaurants with parking at the rear.
Can thoroughly recommend - wish we were staying longer.
