The hotel is nice and has unique decor. Unfortunately the indoor heated pool and spa was quite chilly the pool definitely wasn’t 27 nor was the spa 35 degrees as signed. The rooms are a great size and the bed extremely comfortable with a large tv on the wall. Big bathroom with wonderful water pressure. If it hadn’t been for the pool and spa being cold it would have been a excellent stay

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was clean and tidy, though a little dated. After driving all day, we didn't really care as long as the bed was comfortable and the room clean.
There is a restaurant on the premises but it was very expensive, especially given the rather ordinary menu. However, it's only a short walk or drive to lots of pubs, shops and cafes.
Overall, I'd certainly stay here again.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in to reception the smell of chlorine from the pool is rather overpowering - not sure how the staff on reception cope with the smell for such a long time.

The hotel is very charming and a little different. The rooms are a great size and beds very comfortable. The do however need do spend money on the room. The decor is looking very tired and bathrooms are pretty bad. In fact the bathroom door was falling apart from the water from the shower.

For some reason they don’t supply wine glasses in the room, so you need to go down and get them from the restaurant which on the day we stayed was very short staffed.

We had an ok stay, however hopefully they spend some money on refreshing the place before we stay there again.

A great place to stay. We have family in Albury and this is the best place to stay. Whenever I book all I need to give is my name and home town and whenever possible we are given our favourite room. King size beds, large bathroom all spotlessly clean. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extremely good.
