Cheep accomodation, you get what you pay for.

80's decor, old school.
Fridge made noise's most of the night and did not keep our frozen food frozen.

Rooms are clean and tidy.
Beds are rock hard, just like sleeping on the floor.
Needs refurbish.
Placed was fully booked so maybe they have no need to refurbish.

In conclusion the room did the job for us, we slept, woke up, showered and left.

I have stayed here before within the last year but this was very disappointing.
Smelt very strange on entry (dogs or body gas??)
It really needs a good clean. Lots of dust along corners and especially wicker chair!
And a firm bed is good but... a layer of memory foam would be an excellent investment! (Sleeper bed on CountryLink train was about as hard!)
Sorry Deb but I won't be back.
Please hear this time that you must regularly check standard of cleaning and forensically clean each room monthly.

It's hard to say is good value when we stayed at a swanky hotel on Lygon street for not much more the night before but given it's one of the lowest price rooms in Albury it was fine for what we required- a warm room for the night.
The TV is old but ok. No milk in the fridge.
We found the bed comfortable. For those with kids- McDonald's is across the road.
The location was very quiet with no traffic noise.

Look its getting old and its not 3 star but value for money its on the list as number one,
I had previously been staying at the Paddle steamer but as its has become so popular the price have taken a hike up leaving the Elm court as the best value motel in town.
Good for all ages and groups if you want it simple but great valuethen this it it but you best hurry. Rooms are clean and whilst not modern are comfortable and serviceable.

I stayed with my parents, sister & brother-in-law and 2yo son in 3 double rooms. Basic rooms, but very clean and comfortable. Rooms were amazingly dark in the morning. Nice central location (2mins walk to shopping centre and pubs 5 mins to clubs) but just far enough out to be quiet. No complaints at all!
Definitely would stay again:)
