“Nice family stay close to town”
Reviewed 11 April 2012

My husband and two teenage children spent Easter here. The rooms are nice and spacious and having a laundry is very handy. It's only a 5 minute walk down the hill into town. We love the heated tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen - you are certainly never cold staying here! Again - the cleaning is fairly average and I was a bit annoyed that we couldn't get a 1 hour extension on our checkout considering that our rooms wasn't serviced every day until well into the afternoon. However, overall a great place to stay - especially for families.

Room Tip: The rooms with a lake view are the best

We stayed in a very comfortable 1-bedroom on the first floor. The courtyards are in the open of other guests, so it’s hard to make much use of them. We made extensive use of the in-unit washer/dryer. Note that the kitchens don’t have dishwashers. The king beds are two twins pushed together, not a true king.

You could tell that this place gets heavy traffic from skiers/snowboarders in the winter. Being one myself, when I realized that it all made sense in terms of some of the wear and tear in the room. It's comfortable, but there is plenty of wear.

Stayed here recently and it really enjoyed it. Room was spacious and clean. Its an apartment style hotel. This place is quite well located on Frankton Road close to city center. Would have been nice if they had more food options in the restaurant. But i guess normaly they wont get many people dining in so it might not be their priority. House keeping staff was very friendly and nice.
Will be back again

Room Tip: Ask for a garden view room. Its quiter .

The room was great with a patio out front, and kitchen and laundry in the room. Bathroom was also large. The city centre is about a 10 minute walk downhill from the property. We took a bus from the airport and it dropped us right in front of the hotel (just tell the driver where you're staying and he'll let you know where to get off). If you have a car, there is parking on the side street alongside the hotel or they also have a car park on the property.

We stayed in a two bedroom two storey unit which was a novelty with the kids. Decor was lovely, upstairs toilet and vanity was a little shabby but otherwise great. Both bedrooms had flatscreen tvs. My husband had a conference to go to at the Millennium which is directly across the road, but does not accommodate more than 3 people per room, so the Garden Court suited our needs perfectly. Our nightly rate included continental breakfast which was lovely. Ten minute walk into town, very convenient. If going back to Queenstown would definately consider staying again.
