We stayed here for a weekend. The location of the hotel is pretty handy close to supermarkets, the famous Cuba Street and next to Capital Market food court.

The hotel also has a restaurant with a great buffet breakfast. The rooms are comfy enough although we didn't spend much time at the room with so many things to do and see in Wellington. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed on the second floor, room and included bathroom was a good size, neat and tidy, clean and relatively modern. Shower comfortable and with good water pressure. Bed very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep here! I’ve seen that traffic and noise from other guests has been a problem for other customers, but ear plugs are provided to help you sleep - which we didn’t need to resort to, but it’s a nice touch.
Laundry in the basement is 24hr which is helpful and was also very clean. Wifi was great. Restaurant was nice, although we only dined at breakfast. Decent continental breakfast available and you can upgrade to the hot options for an additional cost. Centrally located, lots of food, bars and shopping is in walking distance.
Staff were a bit eh - not overly warm. The young girls at breakfast were like robots, slow moving, silent and stone-faced. Didn’t really seem to know what they were doing and it wasn’t busy. But overall, a comfortable stay.

The location is good but because of the great location there is traffic noise and drunk people noise, this going to happen but due to no air conditioning in your room you HAVE to leave your window open or melt, so you hear everything!!
So it is very noisy especially the car park you look on from one side of the hotel, not in its self a great issue (not a great view but you are in the city) but the car park has the flooring which causes all cars tyres to squeal as the cars turn corners no matter what speed they are doing and with your window open to try not to boil, it is very loud, and goes on all night.
Also for some unknown reason people like to sit on the top floor of the garage and drink and smoke so that is fun too (not)
The decor is tired, no bottled water in the room.
One thing I don’t like is there are no spy holes in your door so if someone knocks you have no idea who it is and the lifts are available for everyone to use so anyone can gain access to the bedroom floors.
The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours.
But the room service food was excellent, really really good food.
Sorry not a great stay.

Nice hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Not the most modern, and one of the beds was a bit worn down, but all ok. Decent breakfast buffet, but not excellent. No safety box in the room. Centrally located, but yet a quite quiet and nice location.

Overall a good hotel, a little dated, but value for money. Shower in the bathroom was a little disappointing - still had shower curtain - very 90s! Staff were very helpful and very accomodating with arranging a late night meal.
