Warm friendly service

Great staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Disappointed that car parking so far away. Therefore need to use valet parking. Very expensive . Comfortable bed but small room for king bed. Only one easy chair. No where in bathroom for toilet back.

Perfect place to being our first trip to New Zealand

From the minute you arrive you feel at home and welcome. Service is top notch. Management and staff make sure your every need is taken care of. The hotel is extremely convenient, walking distance to museums, shops, harbor. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast both continental and full breakfast with many choices, delicious coffee and pastries. Rooms are very nice and quiet. We will definitely return.

Great Location for Auckland waterfront

Boutique hotel only 1 block from ferry building and convenient to Amano restaurant - our favorite. Nice rooms. Excellent staff both for check in and concierge support. Breakfast included both extensive continental selection and several custom hot selections.

Can't rave more about this beautiful hotel and their amazing personal service.

We walked in through the formal foyer and were immediately greeted at the door and escorted to a very personable check-in accompanied by herbal tea and biscuits.
We were amazed by the attention to detail of this quaint yesteryear 1930’s hotel, which is now reminiscent of a romantic bygone era.
All the hotel staff from management down give their guests outstanding service above and beyond anything we have ever experienced in any hotel across the world.
This one place you come as a guest and feel like a movie star.

Top hotel

Hotel is in very good location the staff who greet you when your taxi pulls very professional check in was professional as well the menu in resturant great selection over all a very pleasant stay the rooms well service and spacious
