We have been here on many occasions, this restaurant always delivers consistently good food, the service is friendly but professional. Amano is perfectly located in the heart of the city and the decor is superb.
This is one of my favourite in Auckland!

Drinks only but looking to return
We chose Amano just for a last late drink but the charming staff, excellent service, fabulous building has put them on the list of restaurants we will soon visit.
What a treat!

The food here is usually very good but I came on a Sunday night and everything was too sour. I ordered scampi pasta, octopus and the strawberry. Came with family earlier on in the week and it was nice. Inconsistent
all around great experience. started with drinks at the bar and then moved to our table. Friendly service throughout and delicious food. Great ambience, too.
