Secured a table on a busy Friday night - singles rarely jump the queue! Great atmosphere, vibey, trendy, ideal for couples or groups wanting good food - great menu from sharing plates, vegetarian options to more substantial meals . Chose 2 starters -Foie gras & Chechen liver parfait, aged balsamic & grilled bread plus figs , Parma ham ,burnt honey & endive - both absolutely superb! Good wine selection. Finished with cheese plate & desert wine. Great find in Perth do give it a try

Hi Gina G,

Thank you so much for visiting and your kind words about the food.

We love change and always try to represent the seasons best produce with our dishes. There should always be something new and delicious to try.

The chicken liver and foie gras parfait is still as delicious as its predecessor and we hope to welcome you back for another meal some time soon

Warm regards,

Whilst in the City recently, it was recommended that we have breakfast at Petition Kitchen in Barrack Street. On first impression, we were pretty mesmerised with the whole layout of the restaurant. Unfortunately, that was about where it ended as we waited to be seated but after waiting a considerable amount of time nobody came so we went looking for staff only to be told sit where you like. We would have understood if the place was busy but there were quite a few empty tables. We were provided with menus and cutlery. The coffee we ordered was lukewarm. We had slab bacon, eggs which were barely cooked and toast that was really hard. The Tater Tots were the best thing on the plate but they can be purchased in bulk at any large grocery store. We even had to go in search ourselves for salt & pepper as none was offered. Yes, we were very disappointed with the food quality and won't be returning or recommending it to any friends visiting the area. The only plus was that it looks good from the outside.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for taking the time to visit us and I am very disappointed to hear your experience was not up the standard you would expect of a venue of our caliber.

I would like to learn more about your experience so we can address the issues mentioned above to share your feedback with the team.

I can't stress enough how your experience strays so far from what we usually deliver to so many guests on a daily basis and I would like to discuss what we can do for you in person.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss.

Kind Regards,
James Broadhurst

A very unimpressive menu and the food they did serve was not at all interesting. The staff were very nice but the meal easily forgotten.

I would like to discuss your experience in more detail as we have a wonderful variety of food and beverage options available through our three outlets and am wondering if we could have steered you towards something more suitable?

Please feel free to contact me directly on the email below or ask for James if you happen to be in the city any time soon.
