I am already paying for the meal, so why do you then want to charge me another 10% and then a further 1.5% to use my EFTPOS. The meal was average, but the extra charges are ridiculous. They put a damper on the whole evening.

First less than great experience, we have always loved Juicy Bao, but this time not as it was.
We found all the food to be oily and lacking seasoning.
The place was not busy at all, which we found to be unusual on a Sunday lunch and food service slower than expected.
We will now experiment with other restaurants before returning to Juicy Bao, pity as we loved it there before.

Dumplings good rest of the experience very mediocre. This could have been because we were there after the main lunch period.

Very ordinary we had to get waiting staff to get us a menu then had to get them to take our order and it was not short staffed just talking around the till food was really average spicy dumplings we ok the same calamari we sent back just coated in batter so think and hardly any calamari in it substituted for fried pork ribs tasted like a Maggi sauce very bland , very disappointed won't be back

Worst service i have ever experienced.

The manager's attitude to me was unacceptable and hostile. He thinks everyone is Chinese and has no respect for other Asian nationality thus he spoke in Chinese straight away upon seeing my face despite I'm not Chinese.

He clearly does not care about customer's experiences and he would jump in your mouth to prove that you are in the wrong.

He would make you pay twice if there's a "pending" on your transaction, he said "it will be cancelled".

He will not apologize even once!

He will only care that you pay!
