Wow! Excellent!!! Beautiful hotel with classic features. Superb ammenities and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We will be staying there every time we go to Melbourne from now on. Highly recommended this amazing hotel.
Only reason our sleep wasn’t the best is because the bed was very soft, we are accustomed to a firm mattress.

Our room was not serviced over the 3 nights we were there.
Great staff that made up for it.
No bar or restaurant open the entire time apart from Monday evening. Good breakfast bar where the maître de made us fresh scrambled eggs.

The hotel, although modified due to COVID safe practices, still had a beautiful heritage feel. We were greeted warmly on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Wine down on the mezzanine was a treat, as was the the hot breakfast and free snack bar which was available to all guests. Our king room was nicely decorated and just perfect for a mini break in the city.I would most certainly recommend it and would stay again.

If you want somewhere convenient to stay in Melbourne CBD, there are plenty of choices. But only Treasury will offer you lovely accommodation, fantastic service, quality toiletries, all day snacks and drinks, breakfast options, all in a beautiful historical building. This is why I keep going back!!!!!

It's slightly embarrassing to rave so much about a hotel stay but this was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. I'll be recommending Treasury on Collins to everyone I can. Nothing was too hard for the amazing staff - John, Carlos and Nikki to name a few, who were very friendly and attentive. They bent over backwards to ensure our stay was as wonderful as possible. We received a room upgrade, which was incredibly well-appointed and very spacious. It even included a kitchenette and washer-dryer amenities if you needed them. The complimentary breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, along with the complimentary wines in the lounge from 4-6pm.... all enjoyed within such a beautiful, historic building. For those thinking of simply booking with the bigger hotel chains, you'd be doing yourselves a disservice if you overlook this boutique hidden gem in the heart of the city. My sole complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough!
