Not very happy. When we first walked in the lady at the front desk was really nice and let us leave our bags there however half way through the day we received a phone call to say the people that were in our room hadn’t left and made a mistake upon booking and we’re staying another night even though they were on the great ocean road and weren’t going to be there. So that left a friend and I stranded in Melbourne with no hotel to stay at. Fair call the lady did find another hotel for us but I still had to book online. When we went to collect our bags there were no apologies or anything given. Definitely wouldn’t book again and won’t recommend to anyone to stay at.

Stayed here for 1 night. Great customer service at front desk, large roomy apartment with balcony and great views. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed. Modern and clean. Good value for money if you want an apartment as opposed to a hotel.

Room Tip: High floors have a great view

The lady at the front desk is a credit to the company. She streamlined the check-in process, upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, sorted parking and did it all with a smile.
The room was dated, beds were uncomfortable, linen was tired and there were a number of things such as the kettle that didn’t work.
The Pre-authorisation at the front desk has still not been refunded two weeks after we stayed there. Such an archaic process, should just deduct $1 like most other hotels do.

These serviced apartments are located in a fantastic spot and always clean and safe. Stay healthy with a 25 metre lap pool, spa and sauna as well as a gym for use. I have stayed 3 times in these apartments and love coming back. So close to the Queen Victoria markets, Aldi right next door and easy access to trams what more could you want. Security is excellent to make one feel safe at all times.

I booked this hotel online and then read a few Tripadvisor reviews after the booking was made and I was not overly confident however we were not disappointed.

At the start a little tricky as we parked in the Aldi carpark but then found out we had to go to the carpark 1 driveway earlier which was fine, we just moved the car after given instructions from reception. Reception staff were friendly and the check in was simple ($150 bond required on your credit card).
Room size was great, we had 4 of us and found the 2 bedroom apartment to be well sized. Apartment was clean, bathroom was clean (showers slightly tired but you get that in hotels). 2 x king beds with clean sheets and plenty of pillows and blankets.
Dishwasher and Washing machine also included. 2 bedroom apartment had an interconnecting bathroom which we made work for us.
Overall very happy with the accommodation.

Location was excellent! Aldi right next door, tram station about 150m away (this stop is just outside the free tram zone), about 3 block walking distance from Lygon st and lots of shopping, restaurants etc nearby.... all within walking distance. Very easy to get to from Citylink (get off at Flemington Rd).

$24 per day for car parking.

In my opinion...... very happy with my selection.
