Stayed in this house for two nights with extended family. We were 4 adults and 3 children. The house is a bit out of Kingston, not really close to shops, you would need to go into Kingston for general shopping and cafees or back to Hobart. It is close to a nice beach, but weather was cool so we didn't try swimming. The house was lovely with everything provided you could need. Everything clean and inviting. There is no internet connection, which was our only problem. The layout of the bedrooms suited our family very well. Queen bedroom plus 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each at ground level, and a Queen bedroom down a few stairs from the main family/lounge area. The children loved the spa bath and there was also an amount of games and toys in the cupboard plus plenty of dvd's. There was also a barbeque on the deck which we didn't try out. We were there over Easter and some places were closed on the Easter Friday, but we managed to find places open in Hobart as we didn't want to cook ourselves for so few days even though the kitchen was lovely and very well equipped. Andrea the owner was very helpful with answering some questions we had. She actually went out of her way to be helpful.
