My friends and I recently stayed at the Soul on the Espanade at Surfers Paradise. The staff were great and the 3 bedroom suite we stayed in was very comfortable. The suite had a sea view and was north facing. The balcony was well protected from wind and rain. The Soul is well placed and a 1 minute walk to Cavill Avenue. Well recommended

The indoor pool's water is cold. The pool cannot be defined as a heated swimming pool.
The hotel not care about the benifits for the Accor ALL membership. They are not offer enough late check out time for the Accor plus member which other Accor hotels usually provide at least 12pm or later hour for the loyalty customers.

While we do our best to offer late check-outs, during periods of high occupancy, this isn't always possible, though we understand the importance of this benefit to our loyal guests.
Regarding the pool, we do offer a heated indoor pool, and I apologize if the temperature was not comfortable during your stay. We’ll ensure it’s reviewed.
