The indoor pool's water is cold. The pool cannot be defined as a heated swimming pool.
The hotel not care about the benifits for the Accor ALL membership. They are not offer enough late check out time for the Accor plus member which other Accor hotels usually provide at least 12pm or later hour for the loyalty customers.

From the customer service to the room everything was great. Facilities were very relaxing to use. Only thing I would recommend is a room away from the elevator, at night it is very loud especially on Friday and Saturday night.
Other than that I will plan to stay again

Booking with Accor was a shocking experience.
We loved our room although we would have liked a 3 bedroom apartment if it was available.
We absolutely loved the restaurant for breakfast, dinner and pre dinner drinks.
The kids in the indoor pool unsupervised spoiled our swimming experience.
You need to have some time where adults can enjoy the pool with no kids.

Had such a great experience staying at peppers, the staff were really accommodating, we managed to book a later check out. The room was so spacious and comfy. The location is perfect, close to shops and the main strip, I will definitely be back!

Our 2 bedroom skyview apartments was just beautiful and the view 54 floors up was amazing. The pool area is lovely but needs maintenance and cleaning and the lifts can take awhile to come. Cleaning of apartments is done between 2-5pm which I only discovered when I rang housekeeping to ask if our apartment was going to be cleaned, this should probably be put on the information letter you get when you check in. We enjoyed our stay and loved our apartment, we will be back.
