Good property in a great location. Few servicing issues and staff although very willing had no idea of what was going on. Always the problem in Queensland with transient staff.
Overall an enjoyable stay. Pool area is great. BBQ'S hopeless- took an hour to try and cook a steak

An stunning hotel in the best location. Close to all cafes and shops so no need for a car. A few maintenance issues during our stay, but the room and view was the best! It's a premium hotel at a premium price.

loved our stay at Soul Peppers Resort ..very clean and fresh and perfect position ..great view ..Staff very helpful and i would highly recommend this place ..the Car park is great and the cafes and restaurants around make this the perfect place to holiday

Fantastic great location, facility, staff particularly reception staff were fantastic.
Very professional. Great idea to have barbie area/ facility. Loved the water near reception. Great value for money.

The penthouse is really a great room. My family and I enjoyed it. Only negative is the outdoor pool is to too small for the hotel. Also the lifts on a hot day are way too hot. Customer service is really good staff is friendly.
