Yes it's fancy, yes it's got the Wow factor and yes the views, Oh My Oh My the uninterrupted ocean views are to just to die for! Peppers Soul is world class luxury at its finest!
It certainly has the Wow factor and a whole lot more. I have been many times to the Gold Coast and stayed at several hotels in Surfers Paradise but this by far would have to be the most outstanding and best Luxury Hotel I have ever stayed at. It's a fresh modern wonderful hotel with wonderful helpful staff that were always happy to help out with any need. I have to say a big thank you to phee at reception, she is lovely and helpful very nice to chat too! Thanks phee for your kindness! We stayed during the week of 16/4-24/4 in a 3 bedroom Apartment on level 30 room 3005 for 8 nights and oh my Lordy I felt like royalty! Very spacious with all modern amenities. Let me take you on a walk through of my week away of this wonderful hotel. Wonderfull greeting at front reception, quick check in I must add, then straight up to our breathtaking apartment. As soon as we opened the door we were amazed and overwhelmed with the view through big bay windows all along one wall of the apartment, seeing the foreshore and water, lots of water, just Gorgeous and a lovely feature! Well done architects!! Fantastic lay out of the apartment with big spacious bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely big Kitchen with all the bells and whistles! Very stylish sleek modern furniture throughout the whole apartment and Foxtel channels as a little bonus! It has two bathrooms. The main bathroom is huge with two basins and has a big spa bath with heaps of jets to have a lovely long soak. Laundry facilities were handy with a washer and a dryer. Housekeeping came in every day to make up our beds and gave us fresh towels.
Ok now brace yourself, picture this, double opening sliding doors on the balcony looking out to nothing but big blue uninterrupted ocean views. Ahhh the tranquil calming luscious sounds of the waves were pure and relaxing. Nothing but breathtaking beauty and mesmerising beautiful views. The location is superb, lots of nice restaurants down stairs and Woolworths is a five minute walk. Complimentary parking is provided so another tick in my book! The other premium quality facilities are the pools. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and the outdoor pool was amazing. It's raised slightly so you can see the beach while swimming. Absolutely stunning.
Peppers Soul you have truly cleansed my Soul by having a wonderful week away in your outstanding Hotel. It is on the pricey side but save those pennies as it is well worth every dollar!! I Loved Loved Loved Peppers Soul in surfers Paradise and I recommend this Hotel to everyone!!! It's a must do to experience Peppers Soul on the Gold Coast.

I am very picky and I simply can't rave about this place enough. I was impressed with everything...service, cleanliness, facilities, friendliness, location, and of course the apartment.
All apartments have a full oceanview. They are cleaned daily and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The furnishings and appointments in the rooms are brilliant and all appliances are what I refer to as 'full sized'.
Quite frankly you get what you pay for...and it is worth every dollar.
I have re-booked to stay for another week in 2 months time.

I have stayed at many places on the Gold Coast over the years and Pepper Soul is by far the best. My best friend and I stayed to celebrate a special birthday. Check-in was smooth with the staff all extremely helpful and impeccably groomed. Pearl on reception was so friendly and able to accomodate our request for a higher level room. We stayed on the 15th floor with amazing views of the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Nothing had been forgotten, even a diffuser for those with curly hair. A bottle of bubbles was soon delivered to our room by the ever helpful Luke who stressed if we needed anything at all to just call. We ate dinner at Seduction Restaurant and I must say this was an excellent experience. The food was incredible, try the lamb. Special mention to Shannon the Manager who was so super friendly and made us feel like VIP guests. She would be a reason for us to return. Request a window seat when making a reservation. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant and being from Melbourne my only criticism was the luke warm, weak coffee. The pool and spa were clean and chatting to other guest in the spa they also acknowledged the friendly staff and that nothing seemed to much trouble. Check out was smooth and again the staff were incredibly helpful. This property ticks all the boxes and more. We shall return!
