Great 360 views from 77th floor the lift ride up is very fast, look at the lift ceiling it shows the lift workings as you travel up.

Customer service was horrible and staff are rude.
No value of customer service and work ethics. I was late for 10 min and staff refused to take me and refund my money. They give examples of airport service, if I am late plane will not wait for me 😳. Totally disappointing and disgusting..!! Miss used of consumer laws of Australia!!!!!!! They have own laws 😳

What a ride up...wish they had said look up as we entered the elevator. Lots of people on a sunny mid week morning but lots of seats to sit and look. Alot of reading to do if that's your thing too. Staff were happy too which says alot

This was a fantastic thing to do. We purchased a meal deal ticket and had lunch at the top 77 floors up. The view from here is so magical and the ticket allows you unlimited entry for the whole day which means you benefit by being able to go up both in the day and at night.

We came up to enjoy dinner overlooking the Gold Coast. Only one person serving us. It was only a basic menu and no dessert. My chicken pamajana was lukewarm.
