Fantastic location for all that Port Douglas has to offer.
Very short walk to everything - restaurants, 4 mile beach, barrier reef boat trips, etc.
Nice rooms, relaxed atmosphere and staff couldn’t be more helpful.
We’ve booked again for next year.

The rooms were nice. Clean, spacious and easy walk to either of the pools. BBQ area great for a "communal" meal or walk 5 mins to Macrossan Street or the Wharf. Lots of good pubs and in easy walking for any meals.

We just came back from 11 day stay here and loved it all, Scott on reception seemed to not have a day off and there to help. Its a very low key very quite small resort mainly for couples, they have two wings and two pools and from what I could see they separate the kids off to one side. The daily breakfast is pool side and full of fresh fruit, home made muesli, toast croissants more than we would normally eat. They do not service the rooms daily but we are a couple who always hang up the towels to use again. If you are into a wee bit of self catering with frig, bar-b-q and hob great intimate personal baloney setting its perfect. Its also walking distance ( like minutes to main street) we just loved it. Came home today to snow but would return and stay again...thanks Scott and the team.

Room Tip: I only say 4 sleep quality because its much hotter than where we live

This was a very lovely place to stay and the location is perfect, we didn't have to rent a car as everything is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again, the receptionist was extremely helpful as well, we had a few travel hiccups and she was happy to help us sort things out.

We just stayed at Hibiscus for 3 nights to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversay. We stayed in a 1bdr apartment and loved everything about the resort. The pools were the perfect temperature, the breakfast was lovely, spacious room, great location, quiet surrounds - exceeded all our expectations. The resort has a balinese feels which adds to the appeal and relaxed atmosphere and sets it apart from many of the other resorts in Port Douglas. We will definately be back and won't consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.
