Very big spacious, cool and comfortable rooms to relax in during our stay. The room was equipped with a fridge, tea coffee facilities, tv and bathing products. It was a huge room and the bed was extremely comfortable, AC worked well and the room also had a ceiling fan which kept us cool. The resort is quite large and feels really tropical with all the trees surrounding the resort. The pool was great, it was very large and had a mixture of deep and shallow areas with lots of floats. The only reason I have given the hotel 4 stars is that there was a lot of building work going on in and around the hotel, our carpet was being replaced right outside our hotel room and I actually tripped over a few times on the exposed tiles and the pool also had barriers around it and the swim up bar was closed. Otherwise it was a great stay and really good value for money! The staff were all friendly and accomodating, the breakfast was great - all the food we ordered during our stay was amazing especially the Tiger Bowl ! There is also a shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes into town for $8 return if you don’t feel like driving. The resort is a perfect 5-10 minute walk from Four Mile Beach which is picture perfect but a short drive from the town. The sales desk is slightly pushy - when we arrived we just really wanted to go straight to the room to freshen up etc but got cornered at the sales desk for 15 minutes and it was hard to get away.
Amazing stay - I would recommend the hotel for a good value for money stay, it’s not luxury but spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the amazing Four Mile Beach with a fantastic lagoon pool to cool off ! More
