This place had the most amazing halloumi! Yes it's hard to get wrong but the quality was great and nice big portion. The food was pretty quick and staff friendly. Overall tasty food in nice surroundings.

Very generous serving sizes mean you need a lot of people to share all the food if you want to experience the entire menu. This is a pleasant eatery with personalised attention from the staff and the host. We could only fit in a mezze plate - taramasalata, tzatziki, fried haloumi, dolmades, sausage and olives, served with pitta bread, followed by a Greek salad. Generally the quality of the ingredients was good; the taramasalata was exceptional, but we found the sausage too salty, and the tomato in the salad, unripe. We would have liked to be in a large group as the mezze plate for two could have easily fed four as an entrée, and the salad too could have been shared as a side dish. So, I can't comment on the main dishes - we'll have to return to sample those. We did manage to squeeze in a shared Baklava (also quite big enough for two), which looked pretty served with honey yoghurt and pomegranate seeds, and tasted good. Not having eaten in Sydney for a while, the drinks seemed a tad expensive and the range of beers, a bit disappointing.

Greek food is one of my favourites and I will seek it out wherever in the world I am. We were visiting Sydney for a week and stumbled on this place - and am so glad we did. The food was so cheap (it was less than $60 for 3 of us). The meat was incredibly well cooked, as you expect good Greek to be, the chips with feta were very tasty. Service was fast, but at no time did we feel rushed when we took our time to eat a leisurely meal. The restaurant has white-washed walls and has that feeling of a little bit of Greece right there in the middle of Sydney.

The Octopus was excellent, the fish kebab and Greek salad very good. The lamb chops were a little overdone, but to be fair we hadn't said that we prefer our lamb rare. To finish we had affogato with angelica. Really good. A nice night out with friendly efficient service. A very popular place.

The food is lets say solid. Tasty and the prices are for Sydney acceptable. However the service staff gets unorganised whenever the restaurant is too full. i tasted the Gyros with Lamb and Chicken; the lamb was a complete fail whilst the chicken version was really good.
