We had a fun reunion with a friend at this sweet restaurant. The service was adequate and it was fun to enjoy the fresh air from our spot near the porch. Some inventive ideas in food.

Sydney has lots of good places to eat but this ranks well. We had Mussles, Calamari, Barramundi and Blue Eye Cod. All excellent. Some good wine specials as well. Service was willing and welcome was genuine. Very busy, but well run. Those without reservations waited in the pub next door.

For those who are going to this restaurant for the first time, whether you are a local of a tourist, Fish at The Rocks is a small boutique restaurant which is very popular with the locals and is a hidden gem for tourists. It is best to book and if you have to sit outside, unfortunately no one can control the weather. I have always found the food amazing and I have been going there for leisure and business for many, many years and I keep returning. I LOVE the freshness of the seafood, the quality of the preparation and the service has always been good, allowing us to relax and make this a dining experience not just a bums on seats experience. I work for Destination NSW and am passionate about Sydneyy and NSW. We welcome visitors and locals and hope they love Sydney as much as we do. When I come across such a delightful restaurant experience, away from the hustle and bustle, I'll say it loud and say it proud! Well done Fish at The Rocks!
