Situated within an easy walking distance from the Circular Quay, it is well maintained upscale Indian specialty restaurant, where you can satisfy your craving for good Indian food.
We were a party of 6, but had to wait awhile as it was full. We got in about 2 pm and were warned that the last order would be by 2.15 pm. In fact, our first order was the last.
We ordered a samosa starter, followed by a channa, a daal, a potatoe, a paneer dish, lamb chop (outstanding) and a chicken roll (kathi), finishing it off with a lassi and gulabjamun.
Each preparation showed the trouble the chef had been to. Quite enjoyed the food.
The ambiance and decoration were reminiscent of an India, long since past.
