The chicken katsu burger with bacon was lovely. The chicken was crispy fried and juicy, the sauce was the right amount, bun was soft and salad and pickles yummy and fresh. It was a bit small but that seems to be the standard nowadays. The small chips was the right amount and not too expensive when you compare them to some places around town. Will go again but hopefully next time won't have to wait as long for my burger. The wait time was about 20 mins at 12pm. A bit ridiculous.

Tried the Classic and the American Cheese, both were not as expected. The bun was nice but the rest not so great, burger patty seemed a bit too salty, tough and dry. Not good for family, no highchairs. The place was clean so no issues there. Most likely to never come back due to the poor burger experience.

The burger was pretty good but when you advertise a chilli burger, please ensure that it has chilli in it! Very busy place in the World Square Shopping Centre but delivered food surprising quickly. Good to see that they had catered for this with HEAPS of staff working.

As mentioned, burger was OK, a bit on the smallest size and tasty. Just really let me down with the level of chilli. People that order hot (spicy) food typically want this to be delivered. Maybe next time.

I was really hungry and I love burgers. So this was a natural choice. The beef patty in their burger is just out of this world, it was so juice and soft, Im drooling just by writing this review. Great value for money as well

Wanted something quick for such but couldn't face McDonalds etc. Found this place upstairs at the back of the World Square development. Friendly and helpful service - once you have placed your order they give you a buzzer. I was pleasantly surprised that mine went off only a few minutes later - I have has slower service in some McD's!

I had the Classic Burger which is the bottom of the range - just the beef patty, lettuce, pickle, tomato and special sauce - at $8.90 it was not cheap with an additional $3.50 for small fries. However, the burger was delicious, cooked medium rare, juicy and flavourful. I liked the bun (not too sweet) and the sauce was tasty. The fries were beautiful - crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, I had plain salt but you can also get them with a chilli salt. I would certainly come back - they have a variety of burgers and also make their own ice-cream. The only disappointment was that the mineral water was imported from Italy.
