This small beach at the tip of Point Piper only has public access via a path next to the Prince Edward yacht club. The western part is underwater at high tide. The eastern part has more sand but at high tide, you'll have to wade through the water or climb over the concrete and wood outside the yacht club to get there. The water seemed fine and the sand was ok but doesn't make it much of a destination unless you want to explore. The waterfront mansions here aren't even very notable - many are downright ugly.
