We looked out of out Hotel window, and there across the road, was lunch, or at least some nice tables on the pavement that promised lunch.
It was a basic affair, order inside and meals are delivered to your table. Service was quick.
As for the food, it was relatively inexpensive, but also relatively average. I had a fisherman's basket ($19) which had one lonely piece of fish (and a bit too fishy tasting at that) a couple of crispy (read overcooked) prawns, several pieces of quite good calamari and some decent chips. It wasn't bad, and reasonable value for money, but it was not an inspiring lunch.
My wife made similar noises about her chicken Caeser salad.
Overall an average experience, hence an average score.
