Stayed here for holiday
The location of this hotel is right at Circular Quay. Sydney opera house is literally at your door step. Less than 2 minutes walking will get you to the opera house.
The breakfast is A La Carte, but its really tasty. I travel 30 days on and off hotel, I can say that the breakfast here is served with 'personality'
Five thumbs up!
The only issue, only 1 elevator working during my stay, so waiting for elevator is a task to avoid.
My room was upgrade into 1 bedroom aptm, which is needles to say... spacious
Staff is helpful and courteous

Hotel right in Circular Quay, suites were very nice with a great view. Only one lift working and very slow.
The grab bar in lift very loose. Breakfast okay, hot food got cold very quick.
Dinner one night was excellent.

2nd stay here, went garden view this time round. Still had Opera House & Harbour view from balcony. One bedroom apartment spacious, well equipped kitchen, clever flow through design & layout perfect. Large bathroom with large separate spa bath. Gym, pool with a view of quay activity, front desk staff friendly. Close to The Rocks, restaurants, cafes & walk thru gardens, train station & Sydney city. Will definitely stay yet again for another next celebration.

First time visitor to the Pullman. Wow what a hotel! The absolute best location in CBD. Great spacious room with kitchen and separate bedroom and spa. Excellent value. Great breakfast choices. Great bar overlooking the Harbour. We will be back :)

Even apart from the world class location, with a peerless harbour panorama, these apartments have all you need to streamline convenience and comfort. the Opera House is literally two minutes away. Buses, trains and ferries,(our personal favourite!), are a one minute walk. In addition, being so sensibly equipped with cooking and personal laundry facilities grants tremendous personal flexibility for a couple or a family.

An added bonus: as Accor Plus members, we dined at half-price downstairs in the Quay Restaurant. What's not to like?

Bottom line: Certainly not cheap, but tremendous value for money. We have gone before, have just returned, and will go again!
