The apartment was in a great location. It was across from the aquarium on Darling Harbor and near many restaurants. Bus and skyrail transportation was easy to use. We found the area to be safe. The Pit Street Mall was a quick walk away. The Mtro Apartments were a good value for the money, but keeps a new or cleaned sofa and and chair. The view over the harbor was a great addition.

Such a nice place and near the central station. so I can go the central station easily.
Also I received free blackfast. The food and taste are really good. My children ate a lot. They really enjoyed at there. If I go Sydney again. I will want to use again.

A wonderful location which is super close to all the restaurants however the rooms are very tried.
They are definitely in need of an upgrade. Chipped paint, marks and stains on walls, carpet and furniture.
Cold tap in the shower wouldn’t work properly so the shower was either arctic or boiling.
The bathrooms have the large soap/shampoo bottles, which I would prefer to have sealed mini for hygiene reasons.
I was only there for one night and didn’t make use of the kitchen, lounge/tv ect so I can’t comment on that.

Over the past few years, we have made significant improvements, such as installing new Sealy Plush beds, refurbishing the lifts, and updating the carpeting in both rooms and corridors. However, we recognize there is still more to be done, particularly in addressing areas such as chipped paint, furniture, and plumbing concerns, and these are part of our ongoing refurbishment plans.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cold tap in the shower and will have our maintenance team look into this issue immediately to ensure that it’s resolved for future guests.
Regarding the large bathroom soap and shampoo bottles, we’ve transitioned to this system as part of our eco-friendly initiative to reduce single-use plastics. We understand your preference for sealed miniatures, but these are avaialble at reception if this is what you require and we will take your comments into account as we continue to evaluate the guest experience.

Chose place as a last minute thing.
Location was good.
Place was not overly clean but seemed neat. Balustrade for mezzanine & stairs did not seem to comply, kids could fall through the (2x 400mm spaced) rails.
It seemed like the window was left open, it was noisy as can be all night. At one stage we checked to see if the window was open about 5 times, not believing that it was allowing that much noise through.
It is close to most things, so if you are there to party, probably not an issue, but if you need to get your head down after driving for a number of hours during the day, go some where else quieter.

Regarding the noise, we would like to highlight that our lower floor apartments are equipped with double-glazed windows to help minimize external sounds. On the higher floors, our two-story windows open out to showcase the magnificent views of Darling Harbour, offering a unique experience. We understand noise can sometimes be a concern, and we appreciate your comments. For a quieter stay, our team is always happy to assist with room selection based on your preferences.
In terms of safety, we appreciate your observation regarding the balustrade. We make it clear in all our media that these apartments are not suitable for small children due to the mezzanine design. However, we do offer alternative accommodations across the road at Metro Apartments on King Street, which are single-level apartments, child-friendly, and even feature a rooftop pool—an ideal option for families.

Location is perfect. Rooms were comfy however need a very good deep clean. The Carpet is feral & the floor was sticky
