Location is perfect. Rooms were comfy however need a very good deep clean. The Carpet is feral & the floor was sticky

I do not recomend this place, looks like they do not check what is not working or broken. Maybe they just do not want spend money to fix things or do not care at all about their rooms.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for not being aware of the issues you encountered with the broken lights and chair in your room. If you had notified us during your stay, we would have fixed them immediately.
We now have procedures in place to ensure such issues are identified and resolved promptly. Over the past year, we have made many great improvements in close collaboration with the owners, with many more planned for the future. We hope you will visit us again soon to see the improvements firsthand.

Great open space apartment and view, in the centre of Sydney. Clean rooms and friendly staff. To have a balcony and a view was great!

It was different to what we thought we booked. The toilet had a gap behind it. The balcony is really small you can only fit 1 person standing

We chose this place for the location and price (on the cheaper side) - both good. Room was a bit shabby (stains on couch, water damage in bathroom, stains on carpet). Had all the necessities for our short stay - we cooked dinner two nights and ate out two nights. Most of the plates, bowls, cutlery were dirty and had to be washed before use. Staff were friendly . View from balcony of the harbour was lovely. Friday and saturday nights it was quite noisey from the bar across the street (on the harbour side of the building) with music and chatter etc. Perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in your room as we didn’t!

However, we regret to learn that the condition of your room did not meet your expectations.
