The staff were very friendly. 4th floor gave us no issues with outside noise.We chose to use the cooking facilities and little things count , (more than 1 tea towel would have been handy! )
Views of Darling Harbour were beautiful, and the convenience of walking everywhere was handy .
Metro apartments were clean , however an upgrade of carpets, paint, blinds, and carpet would 'freshen' it up.
Yes , I would stay there again..

We will stay here again, the staff were great, the room was clean and spacious and our two little kids were fine on the sofa bed, but I wouldn't share it with another couple. Our view was lovely and the street noise was tolerable for a night or two.

The staff were very helpful but the biggest downside was the outside noise at night and in the early hours of the morning. Forget staying there on Saturday nights if you're planning to sleep!! The sofa bed for the children was very uncomfortable but the double bed was OK. The other problem was that it was freezing (middle of Winter) and the heat didn't reach the downstairs level and the top area was too hot. It was convenient being so close to the Harbour but we won't be staying there again.
The bathroom door wouldn't close and we asked them to fix it but they weren't able to during our stay which was a little annoying.

Our sofa mattresses have been replaced with 4inch Sealy mattresses.
We have fixed the problem with the bathroom door not closing. I apologize for not being able to fix it whilst you were in the room as we would have had to remove the door for several days.

Beautiful views of darling harbour, Central and close to transport, easy to walk to city centre, clean but lots of outside noise,especially noisey at night, good having basic cooking facilities and aircon, small balcony good to take in the views

Our centrally located apartments provide excellent view across to Darling Harbour and are close to all attractions and amenities, however this does make road noise inevitable.
It's also good to see that you made use of our newly refurbished kitchens.

would recommend for 2 people even though caters for 4,nice and close to darling harbour, very reasonable in price, steep and narrow stairs to entrance so be careful with heavy luggage, staff were fantastic, all in all, nice and easy !
